Dear Parents of Stevie Stroud,
Your child, Stevie, has been referred for enrichment services offered through our Gifted Education Support. This enrichment class allows an opportunity to monitor the learning styles and abilities of students in their early childhood years. Your student was recommended by their teacher as having high ability and need for extensions outside the classroom. This class will be offered one day per week and your student will be pulled out of the regular classroom to attend these sessions. The theme of the class will rotate on an 8-week basis. Your child's placement in this enrichment class does not signify a gifted education formal identification. No formal testing measures will be administered.
